
What help and advice can I get after I have received the loan?
Once you have secured the loan you will be able to take advantage of our customer support programme. In the vast majority of
cases the loan money is used as planned to buy a car, go on holiday or to do renovation, and the repayments are made on time.
In some cases though, circumstances can change such as through the loss of employment or the accumulation of additional
unanticipated debt. Whatever your circumstances, we are here to help.
We have a friendly team of advisers constantly available to answer any queries that you may have. So if your circumstances are
changing we advise you to contact them as early as possible so that they can advise you on the best course of action. This can
stop things getting out of hand or reassure you that you do not need to be worrying!
